Savagnin from 45-year-old vines planted on a 20-are plot in Pupillin, on iridescent Triassic marl and limestone scree. Manually harvested and naturally vinified. Direct pressing of the whole clusters, followed by fermentation and aging for 12 months in a 10-hectoliter stoneware amphora and a 400-liter oak cask (no new oak). Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, and with no added sulfites.
