Bel Air - 2022 - Coralie et Damien Délécheneau
La Grange Tiphaine
A nose of pear compote, and yellow apple... A beautiful expression of the Amboise terroir, a fruity and mineral juice with chalky notes. Palate: wonderful delicacy and intensity of flavour, and huge freshness. Open it 30 minutes before tasting.

A 100% Chenin cuvée made from 7 to 77-year-old vines farmed biodynamically and planted in the terroirs of Amboise and Montlouis-sur-Loire on red clay soils, just over limestone bedrock, facing southeast. The grapes were harvested by hand on the 9th and 16th of September, with a sorting table in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinification: long and delicate pressing, maturation in concrete vats on fine lees. Bottled in June 2023.

Damien Délécheneau
Damien and Coralie Délécheneau met as classmates in Bordeaux, while both studying for their oenology diplomas, and haven’t left each other since. After each separately gaining experience (in the Beaujolais trade body, and in California for Madame, and training in Irancy, in Chablis at Domaine Laroche, in Saint Estèphe, and in Napa Valley for Monsieur) they finally returned to Amboise in 2002...
