100% Menu Pineau from young vines grown organically and planted on clay-siliceous soils. The estate is certified organic by ECOCERT, with natural grass ground cover between the vine rows. Harvesting by hand, careful grape sorting in the vines. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and aging for 19 months in amphorae. Bottled in March 2022 without fining or filtration, just a micro dose of sulphur.
