Chavignol Rosé - 2022 - Pascal Cotat

Domaine Pascal Cotat

A very aromatic rosé, with notes of red fruit, blackcurrant, raspberry, and vineyard peach... Palate: full and rounded, lively and tannic, between aromas of blackcurrant and citrus fruits. A lovely match for a platter of goat cheeses. A serious rosé which will only improve in the cellar.

Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in old demi-muid barrels. Pascal prefers to intervene as little as possible during the winemaking process, so no fining, and no filtration.
