A Sauvignon primeur (a young wine from the freshly fermented juice of the recent harvest), wow is this sexy stuff! A nose of citrus, pear, white flowers. Fluid and ultra smooth – beware this bottle goes down way too quickly!

100% Sauvignon, from organically farmed vines planted in the Cher Valley and harvested by hand. Vinified naturally: direct pressing, settling, and a short period of maturation in vats – this is a primeur after all! Bottled at the Estate on the 30th of October 2023.
