A cuvée made from grapes bought in the valley of Ibie, blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon from 18-year-old vines on average, conducted organically and planted in the towns of Villeneuve de Berg and Mortel, in Ardèche. Manual harvesting and vinification in Cornas. Direct pressing, light racking for 24 hours, aging for 9 months in stainless-steel tanks. Bottled after a light filtration, 3 gr/hl of sulphur.

Matthieu Barret has been making wine at Domaine du Coulet since 1998.
