A deep, smooth, round and fruity wine... Palate: each grape variety adds its own brick to the edifice: fruit falvours and power for the Grenache and lightness and balance for the Fer Servadou... The result is a very smooth and supple wine.

A cuvée created by two pairs of hands – those of Nicolas and Bruno Duchêne. A blend of Bruno's Grenache and Nicolas's Fer Servadou. Vinification: the two juices were blended in December in two barrels. Maturation in these two barrels until June, at Bruno's winery this time. Each of them gets one barrel, and Nicolas names his cuvée Pascole de Maximus. Bottled in magnums only. No sulphur and production of 150 magnums for each winemaker.
Nicolas Carmarans
Nicolas Carmarans took his first steps into the world of natural wine with his restaurant Café de la Nouvelle Mairie in Paris, starting in 1994. It became one of the pioneering flag bearers of natural wine in the capital, but as the years passed, more and more Nicolas felt the call of the vine... And so in 2003 he set off on a new adventure in the his native Aveyron region. His four hectares...
