A cuvée created by two pairs of hands – those of Nicolas and Bruno Duchêne. A blend of Bruno's Grenache and Nicolas's Fer Servadou. Vinification: the two juices were blended in December in two barrels. Maturation in these two barrels until June, at Bruno's winery this time. Each of them gets one barrel, and Nicolas names his cuvée Pascole de Maximus. Bottled in magnums only. No sulphur and production of 150 magnums for each winemaker.

It became one of the pioneering flag bearers of natural wine in the capital, but as the years passed, more and more Nicolas felt the call of the vine...
