Notes of pear, almond in shell, citrus fruit... Palate: abundant, fine bubbles, a wine-like, perfectly structured Champagne in half-bottle format, perfect for celebrating everyday occasions!
100% Pinot Meunier, from 35-year-old vines on average, grown biodynamically and planted on clay and limestone terroirs in the Marne Valley and Massif de St Thierry. Harvested by hand. Vinification: gentle pressing, with only the first juice from the first press that will make this cuvée, spontaneous fermentation in small oak barrels that have seen several wines. Aged for almost three years on laths, this is an extra-brut Champagne with 3 grams of dosage per liter, disgorged on the 18th of November 2022.
