Plein Nord - 2022 - Laurent Troubat
A huge discovery for this Grolleau gris, a grey-pink grape variety that is very rarely vinified on its own. A red bordering on rosé, with a surprisingly nose of muscat, flowers and notes of strawberry. The palate is suave, luscious and easily digestible, with a beautiful length.

100% Grolleau Gris from vines planted on poor and stony soils, facing due North "Plein Nord", in french. The parcel has been grown organically for twenty years. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification: four days of maceration in whole bunches, gentle pressing, aged in vats for seven months. Bottled at the estate on April 7th, 2023, without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur.
