100% Grenache from Matthieu’s negotiant business. 20-year-old vines on average, organically grown by Florent Bacconier in the town of Roussas, in Drôme. Clay-loam soils with a limestone base. Manual harvesting, long pressing of 18 hours, about two weeks of fermentation. Aging for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. Unfined, lightly filtered, micro dose of sulphur before bottling.
