100% Syrah from vines planted on the outskirts of the Côte-Rôtie appellation, covering a total of one hectare classified as IGP Collines-Rhodaniennes, with schist and clay soils. The grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification: half destemmed and half whole bunches, maceration lasts 25 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (28 to 32°C), punched down twice daily and pumped over several times. Pressing, 12 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate.
