Auxey Duresses "Les Crais" Rouge - 2022 - Frédéric Cossard

Domaine de Chassorney

A real find, and a big crush for this cuvée from an appellation we're more used to taste as a white. Notes of cherry, undergrowth and balsamic, the palate is lively and vibrant with just the right amount of tannin to carry all the energy of this bottle.

100% Pinot Noir from old vines grown organically, planted at the top of the combe, on limestone soils as the name of this Climat suggests. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
