A cuvée of Pinot Blanc – the result of a mutation of Burgundy Pinot Noir – from 50-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone soils. Vinification: gentle direct pressing, natural settling by gravity, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in barrels that have seen 2-3 wines. Matured on fine lees, and bottled at the Estate at the beginning of 2022. Unfiltered, unfined, just a tiny pinch of sulphur.
