A blend of 60% Gamay à petits grains, 25% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, co-planted on the same parcel and grown biodynamically. Ploughing of the soil, no chemicals, and harvesting by hand in small crates. Vinification: whole grape bunches, carbonic maceration of the three grape varieties in closed wooden vats for 30 days, and 15 months of maturation in oak casks that have seen several wines, on the lees. Neither filtered, nor fined, bottles with just a micro-dose of sulphur.
