Le Jambon Blan... Chard - 2011 - Philippe Jambon
Philippe Jambon
An exceptional cuvée, a wine for meditation, a rare emotion that will take you on a journey between walnut, quince, citrus fruits, spices, resinous wood, oxidative notes... The palate is long, toasted, slightly lemony, with all of the complexity of the nose. Be patient, you will be rewarded!

100% Chardonnay, a cuvée produced from grapes purchased to Guy Blanchard (hence the pun on the cuvée!), from vines grown organically and planted on the Perrières plot, in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation.
