Les Beurots - 2021 - Yann Durieux

100% Pinot Gris from organically grown vines, which are planted among the estate's Chardonnay vines, on the parcel of Manon's cuvée. Separate harvests in order to make a cuvée in its own right. One month of maceration of the whole bunches, soft pressing, aging for one year in a very small stainless steel vat. Extremely low yields and very small production: less than 100 bottles! Bottled without fining or filtration, zero addition of sulphur, two years of maturation in bottle in the estate's cellar.
