Gamay grown on a terroir with a slab of pearly limestone with crystals, veins of black manganese, and almost no soil between 5 and 50 cm. From vines planted in 1953, and grown biodynamically, the whole estate is certified since 2001. Grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard and on tables when necessary.
