Myosotis Arvensis - 2018 - Claire Naudin
Domaine Naudin-Ferrand

Pinot noir from vines of 3 to 70 years old, planted on several plots with high quality potential: Les Tilles, La Croix, Les Chaumes and Le Champ Lavoca, for a total of just over 2 ha. Manual harvest, yields of 32.5 hl/ha. Vinification: whole bunches, intra-cellular fermentation for 5 days then alcoholic fermentation started thanks to the first punch-down, soft pressing, placing in barrels (new for 6%) by gravity. Aging on lees until bottling on January 28 and 29, 2020, after filtration and a micro-dose of sulphur.
