100% Pinot Noir from forty-year-old vines grown organically and planted on a 1.44 hectare plot, just above the Premier Cru Les Rugiens. It has shallow white soils and a shows northeast exposure. Vinification with whole bunches, cold maceration, frequent punching of the cap and pumping over, a post-fermentation carbonic maceration, and 21 months maturation in oak barrels, a third of which are new. Neither fined nor filtered.
