Savigny les Beaune "Les Gollardes" - 2020 - Frédéric Cossard
Domaine de Chassorney
Nose carried by notes of blackcurrant. The freshness of Pinot from Côtes de Beaune, the natural style as a bonus, fine tannins, a lot of digestibility. Highly drinkable, even in its youth.

100% Pinot Noir from 40-year-old vines grown organically and planted on a parcel of 40 ares, showing clay and limestone soils. Manual harvest. Les Gollardes was one of the first cuvées to be bottled for the 2020 vintage: “it was already tasting really good!”, as told us Laure and Frédéric. Neither fined nor filtered, without added sulfites.
