Pinot Noir from two parcels situated in Magny-Les-Villers and Villers-La-Faye. Vines are 15 and 40 years old, facing southeast, on a clay-limestone soil. Cultivated biodynamically since 1985, the grapes are picked by hand. Vinification: 100% destemmed, fermentation in open wooden vats, followed by about 20 days in cuves, with a few pump-overs and punching of the cap. Blending of the press and free-run juice. A 12-month maturation takes place in barrels which have seen several wines.
