100% botrytised Arvine, from 40- to 90-year-old vines, farmed biodynamically and planted in Fully, at 600 meters altitude on a terraced hillside (a vineyard site called Les Claives) mainly composed of gneiss soil. The grapes are handpicked with small crates between October and November. Vinification: pressing of whole grape bunches, natural settling and zero oenological additives, with indigenous yeasts and 18 months of maturation in barrels, with 50% new oak. A light filtration at bottling, and a micro dose of sulphur.
