A blended cuvée of Tinta Roriz (approximately 2/3) and Jaen (approximately 1/3), complemented by a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from vines aged 15 to 45 years, grown organically and planted on plots at an altitude of 500 meters on granitic soils, located in the village of Pinhanços. The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, and crushed upon arrival at the cellar, followed by slow and gentle pressing. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months. Bottled at the estate in early March 2025.
