100% Syrah from young vines farmed organically, planted in 2018 across three different départements, from a massale selection of his vines in Côte de Tupin. Soils of ancient Rhône alluvium and glacial moraines. Manual harvest and natural winemaking: infusion of the fruit at full ripeness, gentle pressing, 8 months of ageing in concrete vats. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites.
