A cuvée historically in maceration, which is indeed a white in this vintage. Luscious nose, almost sunny, carried by citrus fruits, hazelnut, apricot, mineral backbone. The palate is pure and fresh, precise, beautiful volume and very nice length.

100% Chardonnay from 40-year-old vines, organically grown and planted on Lias clays. Manual harvesting and natural vinification: the Chardonnay juices ferment in concrete eggs then are aged for a year and a half in oak casks that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration, without added sulphites.
