Côtes du Jura - 2020 - David Croix et Damien Courbet
Domaine des Croix
Brilliant interpretation of the grape variety, carried by mineral notes, apricot, honey, brioche, you can just guess the walnut in the background. Palate: a lot of purity, large volume counterbalanced by a nice tension, a wine that is defined by its freshness.
