A nose with notes of citrus fruits and flowers... Palate: freshness, minerality... A real “K'uvée” for the “K'opins” (copains is French for buddies or mates) – OK it’s not Kosher, but this easy drinking wine will please almost everyone!
100% Chardonnay from Beaujolais, whose vines are planted on a Pierres Bleues terroir (literally blue stone, the characteristic terroir of Brouilly). Manual harvest and natural vinification, matured for more than two years in casks and 600-liter demi-muid barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites. The label was designed by Michel Tolmer, the famous artist behind, among other things, the graphic novel Mimi, Fifi and Glouglou: a Short Treatise on Tasting.
