A cuvée from Anne's newly-acquired parcel, one hectare of 100% Savagnin, a complantation of 15-year-old vines with old vines grown organically. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification: total de-stemming, direct pressing, one year of aging in vats. Bottled at the Estate at the end of August 2023, in accordance with the lunar calendar. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
