A cuvée from Anne's newly-acquired parcel, one hectare of 100% Savagnin, a complantation of 15-year-old vines with old vines grown organically. Harvested by hand. Vinification: total de-stemming, 15 days of maceration, one year of aging in vats. Bottled in early September 2023, just before harvest, without fining or filtration, no added sulfites.
