A cuvée carried by notes of apricot, hazelnut, cardamom... Palate: a very tasty, fresh wave (vague, in french) crashes onto our palate, with beautiful volume and a suave texture, the aromatic richness is balanced by just the right amount of acidity.
A cuvée from Anne's newly-acquired parcel, one hectare of 100% Savagnin, a complantation of 15-year-old vines with old vines grown organically. Harvested by hand. Vinification: total de-stemming, 15 days of maceration, one year of aging in vats. Bottled in early September 2023, just before harvest, without fining or filtration, no added sulfites.
Anne Petitot is at the head of the young Domaine de La Bouchaude, in Bersaillin, in the Côtes du Jura appellation.
