A spirit distilled in a traditional still from the marc of all the grape varieties grown at the estate: Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Ploussard, Savagnin and Chardonnay. Distilled in 2009, followed by a very long maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in the autumn of 2020, without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphites.
