100% Poulsard from young vines grown organically and planted in 2015 by Valentin, on Triassic marl soils. This is the first cuvée from this plot, as the young vines were previously blended with other wines. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: two weeks of maceration, gentle pressing, 10 months of aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate on July 20th, 2023 without fining or filtration, no added sulfites.
