Complex nose, hyper aromatic, carried by notes of white fruits, hazelnut, brioche, candied citrus zest... Round palate, very nice volume, it combines power and finesse, and great length.

Blend of half Savagnin and half Chardonnay, from 15 to 20-year-old vines grown organically and planted on clay-silty soils, plowed by horse. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, start of fermentation in vats, end of fermentation and aging in barrels that have seen several wines, for almost two years. Bottled at the estate in July 2023. Not fined, not filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur added after the pressing.
