100% Trousseau – specifically the "Trousseau à la dame" variety – from parcel of 20 year old vines planted by massal selection, with soils of schisty marl, at the vineyard sites known as "Aux Loges" and "Au Barbi", facing southwest. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by natural vinification: 100% de-stemming, 20 days of maceration, gentle pressing, and 11 months of maturation in stainless steel tanks. Bottled on the 30th of August 2019, with sulphites used only sparingly.

Marin Fumey, a young purebred Jura winegrower, has always bathed in Vin Jaune! His parents Adeline and Raphaël founded the estate in 1986 with only 56 acres of vines.
