100% Trousseau from 40-year-old vines cultivated organically, planted on limestone soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: two weeks of maceration in whole bunches, 8 months of aging in stainless-steel vats and in barrel, without new oaks. Bottled at the estate on the 26th of May, 2023 without fining or filtration, nor any addition of sulfites.
