100% Côt, the other name of Malbec, a cuvée produced from grapes planted in the Cher Valley and grown organically. Manual harvest, soft pressing in order to preserve the fruit, 9 months of aging in truncated wooden vats that have seen several wines. Bottled in June 2021 without filtration or fining, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
