Complex nose with notes of brioche, hazelnuts, citrus fruits, pear, a chalky touch. Palate in perfect harmony with the nose, melted minerality, the texture is both airy and unctuous, long finish.

Blend of 50% Chardonnay from Sézanne, 30% Pinot Noir from Avenay Val d'Or, and 20% Pinot Meunier from Cuis, from vines that are 45 years old on average. Manual harvest at optimal maturity, very gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation in vats, aging on fine lees for 8 months in barrels and in vats, bottled in May 2021, aging on laths, disgorging in January 2023. Dosage of 3 grams of sugar per liter. This cuvée is made of 70% of the wine from the 2020 harvest, and 30% of the perpetual reserve wine started in 1986.

Adrien Dhondt, in his thirties, is at the head of Domaine Dhondt-Grellet founded by his parents in 1986, Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet, in Flavigny in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The Estate has six hectares, notably in Premier Cru and Grand Cru, ideally located between Cramant, Cuis, Sézanne, and Avenay-Val-d'Or.
