Les Varrons Vieilles Vignes - 2018 - Jean François Ganevat
Domaine Ganevat

After being harvested by hand, the grapes are vinified naturally, and matured three years in demi-muid barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate on November 2, 2021, without fining, filtration, or the addition of sulphites.
