100% Syrah from old vines, cultivated biodynamically, in a cool growing area, on a soil of highly decomposed granite soil known locally as "Gore". The parcel is situated in the "La Serre" vineyard site, facing southeast, 350 meters above sea level. Vinification: total destemming, light punching down of the cap, fermentation in a cement egg-shaped and diamond-shaped vats. 18 months of aging in those same vats. Bottled at the Domaine after light filtration, micro-dose of sulfur.
