Almost a 100% Grenache, supplemented with a tiny bit of Cinsault in direct pressing, it is in fact all the Grenaches of the Domaine, whose vines are grown biodynamically and planted on soils of rolled pebbles, sands and clays, depending on the plots. Manual harvest and natural vinification: carbonic maceration in whole bunches, soft pressing, aging in vats for almost a year, bottled in July 2022 without fining or filtration, no added sulfites.
