Chardonnay certified organic by Ecocert and biodynamic by Demeter, from an exceptional parcel, planted at the high density of 12000 vines/hectare, on a terroir composed of limestone scree sitting directly on the Bajocien period bedrock. The parcel was replanted in 2002. Stéphane produces no less than 8 different Chardonnays.With the Curon cuvée, we’ve reached the pinnacle of his range. Grapes are harvested by hand, vinification and maturationin Burgundy barrels (25% new oak) for 24 months. Total SO2 less than 20 mg/l.
