100% Poulsard from vines aged 4 to 60 years old, grown biodynamically and planted on Lias and Trias clay soils, facing north and northwest, covering a total area of 2.5 hectares. The grapes were harvested by hand, very small harvest in 2024 due to frost (Poulsard from Arbois and Côtes du Jura were blended). Bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulfur, total SO2 of 20 mg/liter.
