100% Grenache Noir, from old vines grown on a unique terroir of limestone gravels and sand. Cultivated biodynamically. Manual harvest and natural vinification: carbonic maceration for 10 days, 6 months of maturation in vats, and all without sulphur. Bottled at the Estate during Spring 2022, without fining or filtration, and just a micro-dose of sulphur (half a gram/hectoliter, which is to say almost nothing!).
