Rhône Valley

Mimosa - 2016 - Nicolas Renaud

Clos des Grillons

100% Viognier from organic vines, planted on the La Prince plot. Manual harvesting and very special vinification on this cuvée: direct pressing, transfer of the juices into barrels, which will not be topped up throughout the aging period.
