100% Sémillon, the major losses of the 2021 vintage have convinced Jacques to turn to the purchase of grapes from organic winemakers for this vintage. To the South-West area, more specifically around Bergerac! Manual harvesting, direct pressing, 8 months of aging in vats. Bottled at the Estate at the end of April 2022 without fining or filtration, zero sulfites added.
