100% Chardonnay from vines grown organically and planted in 1983 and 1985, at the top of the hill known as Puy-Notre-Dame, with soils composed of clay-limestone over rock bed. Harvesting is done by hand with small crates. The grapes are direct pressed in whole bunches, followed by fermentations and maturation in 400-liter oak barrels that have seen 4 to 7 wines, on total lees, without stirring the lees. Neither fined nor filtered, and bottled at Estate in July 2022 without any addition of sulphur.
