A cuvée of 100% Côt, also known as Malbec in other regions. From 30-year-old vines farmed organically and planted in the commune of Pouillé on clay soils. This parcel is owned by Mikaël Bouges, an organic winegrower certified by ECOCERT. Harvest by hand, of course.
