Le Raisin à Plume
The nose is full and round with notes of citrus fruits, fennel, spices, and laurel. Palate: unctuous and rich, with beautiful bitter notes. A "whet your appetite" wine par excellence! And it’s voluntarily labelled as humble Vin de France wine.

A blended cuvée of 75% Melon de Bourgogne and 25% Sauvignon, from the Coteau de Cadoreau, made from 30- to 60-year-old vines cultivated organically and planted on a terroir of schist and gneiss. The grapes are handpicked. Vinification: direct pressing for the melon, 6 days of maceration of the destemmed berries for the Sauvignon, aging in fiber vats and blending of the wines just before bottling. Bottled in July 2023. Unfiltered, unfined, and just a micro-dose of sulphur added on the Melon after the malolactic fermentation.
