A 100% Menu Pineau cuvée, made from vines between 65 and 80 years old plus 30% young vines, farmed organically and planted on a flinty-clay and sandy soil. Viticulture and winemaking are 100% natural: yields are around 40 hl/ha on this 1.40 hectare plot, followed by direct pressing, 14 months maturation in demi-muid and Burgundy barrels. No fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur during bottling at the estate on the 6th of November 2023.
