A fortified vin doux naturel, 100% Grenache Noir from vines farmed organically and planted on schist soils. The vineyard is an isolated island of grapevines surrounded by scrubland, constantly stirred by sea breezes and the Tramontane. Vinification: harvested with small crates, the grapes are cooled before being pressed and transferred into vats by gravity, followed by 30 days of maceration and a low temperature fermentation... This sweet Maury is matured 10 months in vats, with zero sulphur.
