Another dimension of Champagne... We’re talking about a cuvée of which there are only 2550 bottles, produced from a parcel of only 30 ares, planted in 1980 with only 2500 vines of Pinot Noir. The parcel is on a slope, facing south, with a very clayey alluvial soil over blocks of Campanian era chalk. The grapes were harvested by hand on the 7th of October 2013. Vinified and matured in barrels then bottled without filtration, this Champagne did not received any dosage and was aged 9 years in stacks.
